Additional Public Trainings

In this interactive 3-hour Conflict Management Workshop, participants will develop skills for managing and resolving conflict.

Attendees will learn: how to negotiate with others to create more durable and meaningful resolutions, and how to communicate more effectively with others to decrease instances of disputes.
