Position Responsibilities:


  • Manage referrals through the Early Resolution Program, including intake and referrals, as well as coordination with the public and court personnel.

  • Coordinate virtual mediation sessions in partnership with the public and various court programs.

  • Schedule mediation sessions and mediators.

  • Maintain case records, including extensive data entry.

  • Telephone and e-mail communication with clients about CCR’s services.

  • Train to be a mediator and mediate as needed.

  • Coach and support volunteer mediators


Qualifications: The qualified candidate must:


  • Be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently;

  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills; and

  • Have seasoned computer skills including experience with Zoom.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required


Hours, Benefits, and Salary: This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary $45,000/year.
