Large Group Conflict Resolution
CCR offers paid conflict resolution services for complex disputes involving multiple parties and larger groups. CCR has helped create space for not-for-profit boards, cooperative organizations, governmental agencies, employee teams, and religious institutions to address conflict in their organizations.
Our large group mediation services are designed to ensure that the needs and concerns of all parties are addressed, even when there are many voices at the table. Processes can involve multiple sessions when needed, including both large group and one-on-one mediations between participants.
Group Facilitation
Even when there is no direct conflict, many groups benefit from the help of a trained impartial facilitator who can provide structure for navigating difficult conversations. CCR helps groups with building an agenda and facilitation plan in order to intentionally approach sensitive topics and organizational decision-making.
The facilitator uses their communication skills to encourage constructive participation among all members of the group. CCR facilitators stimulate creativity, assist in problem solving, and help ensure all parties are able to engage fully in the discussion.
