Resolution Systems Institute (RSI)

Established in 1995 to encourage effective and efficient use of court-related alternative dispute resolution. As an affiliate of CCR, RSI accomplishes this mission by providing information through the Court ADR Resource Center (www.CourtADR.org) by assisting courts in developing ADR programs; and by providing evaluations, analysis and training services for state and federal courts. For more information on these services, see www.AboutRSI.org. The Resource Center contains thousands of items on court-related ADR, such as books, articles, web sites, organizations, court rules and legislation. In 2007, there were more than 100,000 visitors to the Resource Center and hundreds of inquiries were fielded by RSI staff.
