Mission:
The Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) is one of the nation's
premiere not-for-profit providers of mediation services and conflict
management training. Our services are flexible and cost-effective,
based on a track record of over 31,000 mediated cases and backed
by the expertise of knowledgeable, dedicated volunteers and employees.
Every year we provide free mediation services in over 2,000 cases, train hundreds of
new mediators, facilitate meetings and work with dozens of businesses, government
agencies and organizations to create custom-designed dispute resolution systems and
training programs.
The Center for Conflict Resolution's mission is to work with individuals, communities,
courts and other institutions to manage and resolve conflict.
The Center for Conflict Resolution is an equal opportunity service provider that values the richness of Chicagoland’s diverse communities and emphasizes inclusiveness. The Center provides our client base with quality mediation services regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, class or socioeconomic status, age, religion, national origin, disability, professional background or other characteristics. We strive to reflect the diverse communities we serve in our staff, our board and our volunteers.
